Ken Hackshaw – Managing Director & Lead Consultant

Ken Hackshaw is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at KH Business Consulting Limited (KHBC) as well as the Founder and President of the Caribbean Risk Management Academy (CRMA) and the Chief Executive Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Risk Management Institute (TTRMI). He is also the Senior Lecturer of the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management (IC:ERM) – a program developed by Mr. Hackshaw and offered by the CRMA in collaboration with the UWI Cavehill Sagicor School of Business and Management.
His international career spans 23 years working in New York, USA and London, England, in the fields of Operational Risk Management, International Operations and Business Process Re-engineering. He has held various senior executive positions including Senior Risk Analyst, Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, N.Y.; Vice President, Deutsche Bank, N.Y. & London; and Vice President, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), N.Y. After gaining extensive experience internationally, Mr. Hackshaw established the KH Business Consulting Ltd. in 2010 (KHBC) and the Trinidad and Tobago Risk Management Institute in 2012 (TTRMI), in the Caribbean. Mr. Hackshaw later founded the Caribbean Risk Management Academy (CRMA), a US registered company, in 2020 with regional relationships and partnerships in Risk Management.
Mr. Hackshaw currently serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Vincent Co-operative Bank Limited and the Advisory Board of Shomea (A non-for-profit association created by specialized doctors aiming to change the status quo in Sub-Saharan Africa). Mr. Hackshaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, a Diploma in Law, and a Certificate of Higher Education in law from the University of London and advanced training and certification in Operational Risk Management, International Securities Processing and Project Management. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management and Strategic Thinking from Stanford University.
Natalya Lewis - Project Management & Client Integration
Natalya M. Lewis is a Senior Analyst in Project Risk Management and Client Integration at the Caribbean Risk Management Academy (CRMA) and KH Business Consulting Limited (KHBC). She specializes in project management, risk intelligence, and strategic business development, leading regional conferences, resilience-building initiatives, and executive training across the Caribbean.
Her career spans internships at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries and the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, where she contributed to energy sector reporting and financial research. She has since advanced to managing high-profile projects and risk education programs in Belize, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Natalya holds a Bachelor of International and Sustainable Business, with a Specialisation in Strategy and Project Execution, from the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and recently completed a Global MBA in Project Management at the London School of Business and Finance. She also earned the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk and Resilience Management (IC:ERRM), further strengthening her expertise in resilience-building and risk-intelligent leadership. Her research focuses on “Developing Project-Literate and Risk-Intelligent Leadership in the Caribbean.”
