• Ansa McAl Group • ERM Training for Parent Group Board of Directors, CEO and executives, 2022. Developed a risk management framework and risk appetite policy for the group.
• CARPHA, Caribbean Public Health Agency • ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Consultancy: 2021-2022 • Conducted risk assessments of all critical functional areas, including laboratories and the IT department. Developed a risk management framework and risk appetite statement. This was a European Union Funded program.

Financial Services:

• General Employees Corporate Credit Union Ltd. 2024 • Assessed and strengthened the ERM and AML/CFT Architecture at the credit union and enhanced the organization’s Risk Culture • Conducted Risk Assessments for each department within the credit union and created auditable risk registers as well as AML/CFT assessment registers • Updated the organization’s AML/CFT policy documents and developed and implemented an ERM Framework and Policy document for GECCU.
• Vincent Co-Operative Bank Ltd. 2024 • Strengthened the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Architecture of the organization by developing and implementing an ERM Framework and Policy document and completing a Major Risk Report. • Conducted risk assessments for each department at the bank and updated the risk registers to adequately serve the needs and objectives of the company.
• Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Limited (TATIL) 2022 • Executive management training on ERM • The value of ERM to the insurance company.
• Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) 2013-2014 • Conducted in-house training for the Board and senior management of the Agriculture Development Bank (ADB) on Enterprise Risk Management and Business Transformation (a risk-based approach) • Implemented an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework at the ADB inclusive of risk charter and risk appetite policy documents. • Conducted risk assessments of all branches and departments of the ADB, as part of the rollout of an ERM framework.
• First Citizens: Developed and facilitated workshops for Senior Management and Executive Management on: Convergence of Risk and Ethics and Developing an enhanced Risk Culture.

• Ministry of Tourism, Jamaica (MT) 2025 • Conducted a 2-Day Enterprise Risk ManagementTrainig Workshop for the Ministry and its 8 sub-entities.
• Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) 2019 • ERM Training for CEO and all executives.
• National Infrastructure Development Company (NIDCO) 2017-2019 • Conducted Risk Assessments of critical departments., including Finance, Engineering and Procurement departments.
• Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) 2017-2018 • Development and deployment of an ERM Framework. Delivery of in-house training on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for executive managers. Conducted operational risk assessments of all departments and divisions within the commission. Presented findings to the full board and audit committee of the Board.
