These workshops were meant to bring into focus the concept of managing risk as part of corporate governance. The workshops were professionally executed by Mr. Ken Hackshaw, President of the CRMA, and our management team benefitted significantly as a result. Two areas of risk which were brought into sharp focus were \u2013 excessive vacation leave accruals by managers, and supply chain risk. Our management team were also provided access to the CRMA\u2019s online risk management portal, which served to cement the discussions during the workshops.
